Employment Branding Manager

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an Employment Brand Expert to be part of building the Talent function and employer brand. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, strong project manager and drives to successful execution. This is an incredible opportunity to build something from the ground up and have a tremendous impact as Carbon Health grows. This role would based at our San Francisco HQ office.

Your Role

  • Responsible for designing, managing and executing Employment Brand strategies to further drive the Talent Brand of Carbon Health including social media campaigns, PPC, SEO, targeted ads, and diversity recruitment
  • Partner with Talent, Marketing, Brand, and Design teams to create relevant marketing campaigns and employment branding content (video, photos, etc.) for talent needs
  • Manage metrics specific to engaging relevant talent; Analyzing data and making recommendations
  • Create and maintain job fair marketing – including organization of relevant events, marketing materials and flyers
  • Optimize marketing materials for each hiring areas within the organization
  • Improve and maintain job description and job title optimize by leveraging relevant labor market data
  • Produce labor market data reports and trends for candidate market, competitor intelligence, and diverse sources
  • Project manage - develop scope, project plan, list of deliverables, program resources and communication

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience creating Talent Acquisition-related strategies such as process improvement strategic sourcing, diversity initiatives, and employment branding
  • Successfully manage key project/program with cross-functional teams and strong relationship building skills
  • Experience in social media management and content generation
  • Proactive planner and executer
  • Strong organizational, analytics, and multi-tasking skills and ability to perform well under pressure
  • Excellent communication, creative writer/designer and strong interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality
